Refund & Return Policy

At Baryemis Farms, we take great pride in the quality and purity of our palm oil. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are food items, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. Returns & Eligibility Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective or spoiled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during delivery (e.g., broken bottle or leakage).

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong size or quantity).

  • The product quality is compromised (e.g., bad taste or smell upon opening).

You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Your Order Number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos or video evidence of the damage or defect (this is required).

Once your request is received, we will review the evidence and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds If your refund is approved, we will process it immediately.

  • Method: Refunds will be paid securely via Bank Transfer to your provided Nigerian bank account.

  • Timeline: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

4. Exchanges If you received a damaged item, we can send a replacement bottle to you at no extra cost instead of a refund. Please let us know if you prefer a replacement when you contact us.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If we caused the error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the cost of the return delivery or replacement shipping.

  • If you are returning for personal reasons (e.g., ordered by mistake), you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
